Please join us for a small celebration to toast in the much anticipated Spring season and the 2016 Rosé.  There is much to celebrate, as we also look forward to bud break, new growth and the upcoming 2017 vintage.

Steamboat Winemaker's Dinner with Anne Amie @ Steamboat Inn | Oregon | United States

Steamboat Inn is one of Thomas’ favorite places on earth, and we’re excited to welcome you to join us on March 25th for a very special winemaker’s dinner at this idyllic setting along the North Umpqua River.

As if the venue alone wasn’t reason enough to join, we’ve also recruited our friends from Coquine to provide dinner. For the uninitiated, Coquine has quickly gained a reputation as one of Portland’s best restaurants. Don’t believe us, last year Coquine was named a national semifinalist for a James Beard Award in the Best New Restaurant category!

For information regarding lodging and dinner, please contact the Steamboat Inn. We look forward to dining with you in March!

ROCO's Winter Wine Dinner with Taqueria Nueve @ ROCO Winery | Newberg | Oregon | United States

Our popular dinner series returns this season with several dynamic chefs from some of our favorite regional restaurants. Limited to 14 guests, this dinner feature five courses paired with five or more beautiful ROCO wines.
A four vintage vertical of our bold, spice-driven The Stalker Pinot Noir (plus a round of Ancient Waters) calls out for the bold, intense flavors of Chef Billy Schumaker’s authentic creations. Billy’s restaurant, Taqueria Nueve, is not your typical Mexican place—think wild boar tacos, octopus coctel, and Caesar con ceviche. Billy has a vast background that includes Paley’s Place and his own restaurant, DF. It’s sure to be a night of culinary adventure and exploration!

Fullerton Wine Course: Water, Fire, Earth, and Wind @ Tasting Room | Portland | Oregon | United States

Water, Fire, Earth, and Wind: Soils Session

The weathering of ancient basalt flows over prehistoric sea beds has resulted in today’s diverse sedimentary and volcanic hillside soils in the Willamette Valley. Soil impacts the flavors and textures of wine more than any other single factor. Within our beloved valley, these two main soil types form the foundation for the distinctive Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays we all enjoy. Come taste the impact of our vineyard’s soils on the wines they produce, and experiment with the blending of these distinct components. Together we will navigate our geology, soils, and their impact on wine.

When: Thursday, March 30th from 6:30-8:30pm
Where: 10404 SW Mt Adams Dr Beaverton, OR 97007
Tickets: Seat reserved with purchase

The Fullerton Wine Course offers attendees an engaging and personal experience. Each class incorporates curated insights into the chosen topic, and includes an interactive tasting experience. Appetizers and wine will be served as attendees mingle during the first 15 minutes, and the sessions close with light nibbles and conversation. Expect a fun and enlightening experience.

Seats are limited for all sessions to preserve the intimacy and quality of the experience. Come and explore the complex and magical world of wine and winemaking. Members receive a 25% discount on the ticket.
