Earlier this year, the Willamette Valley Wine Foundation played a pivotal role in securing the final financing needed for the Stratus Village project in McMinnville. Set to break ground in June 2024, this new community will provide 175 units of affordable workforce housing, including 16 units specifically designated for agricultural workers. We are actively collaborating with our partners to ensure that those in need are aware of and have access to these resources.
