Willamette Valley is Golden at Houston Rodeo Uncorked!

Oregonians love a good rodeo, and Willamette Valley wineries came in strong at Houston’s 2020 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition, with 18 Willamette Valley wineries earning medals and 9 of them taking home Gold medals. Check out all the winners here. As many wineries gear up to visit Houston for Pinot in the City on February 4, 2020, the strong results confirm that enthusiasm for Willamette Valley wine in Texas is hotter than ever.

This year, the Rodeo’s competition received a record number of entries: 3,528 wines, which were evaluated by over 130 credentialed local and national judges over two days in November.
