A boutique winery focusing on limited production of Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Sourcing the fruit from varying soils, elevations, microclimates, and clones is essential to creating wines that express what the Willamette Valley has to offer.
Alloro Vineyard is 70 acres of uniquely contoured, loess-derived, Laurelwood soil. Located on the southwest-facing slope in Oregon’s Chehalem Mountains, this special place is the heart and soul of our wines and is personally cared for by founder David Nemarnik. We are a boutique producer and are 100% estate, crafting all our wines from our sustainably farmed single vineyard site, which also hosts a diverse mixture of many other crops, plants, and animals forming an extraordinary whole farm setting. Our UC Davis educated, Burgundy trained winemaker, Tom Fitzpatrick, believes that a wine should be an “expression of place, at a moment in time” and should therefore capture the unique personality of a site as it is expressed in each vintage. Terroir-driven wines that reflect this philosophy are our focus.
Atticus is a small winery owned by the Orrego-Insley family. We use gentle and restrained winemaking techniques to create low volume, handcrafted wines. While we plan to grow our case production and our estate vineyard near Yamhill over time, we intend to remain family owned and operated, producing elegant and complex, yet approachable wines and embracing Oregon’s value of nurturing the land and the future. We are only open by appointment so please call or e-mail ahead of time so we can arrange your private tasting.

Our adventure started in 2012.The name Cramoisi embodies the delightful crimson clover that blankets the vineyard every spring. Vibrant, elegant, and earthy, Cramoisi reflects the color, beauty and complexity of our wines. We have 11 blocks of Pinot noir, all of which are unique soil and clone/rootstock combinations. Our clones are a mix of the best clones from Oregon’s first Pinot plantings (Pommard), Dijon clones imported from Burgundy (667, 777) and more rare heirloom clones such as Holstein and Vosne-Romanée (clone 122). Cramoisi Vineyard sits perfectly between 500 and 600 feet of elevation in the middle of the slope, where you would typically find a Grand Cru. Our farming philosophy follows ancient practices to work in balance with Mother Nature, growing the best possible boutique, ultra-premium wines in the Dundee Hills AVA of Oregon.
Located only 40 minutes from Portland, Dobbes Family Estate & Wine By Joe is a winery with some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable tasting room staff in the Willamette Valley. A boutique winery and vineyard, Iris specializes in producing small quantities of quality, handcrafted Pinot noir, Pinot gris, and Chardonnay. Since the first plantings at the winery’s Lorane Valley vineyard, Iris Vineyards has been dedicated to growing high quality fruit through sustainable viticultural practices. We work hard at making the best possible wines from the grapes we grow in our own vineyard and those we purchase from others. We strive to make wines that are honest, distinctive representations of the fruit from which they come.
We have great respect for our natural heritage and are careful stewards of our land and protectors of our natural environment. We believe that great wines require the hands-on effort of a talented winemaker who has an intimate understanding of the vineyards from which the wine grapes originate and each lot of wine in the cellar. The proof is in the bottle.
We are Joel and Laurie Kiff and we make delicious Pinot noir from our 9-acre vineyard, which is located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, just northwest of McMinnville, Oregon.
Kelley Fox Wines is a small family winery run by just two people, Kelley Fox (winemaker) and her brother, Gerson Stearns (general manager). The first vintage was 2007, starting with just over 100 cases. The annual case production is now just shy of 2000 cases, all from the historic Maresh Vineyard and the Demeter-certified biodynamic Momtazi Vineyard. The wines are made to reflect the land, the vines, the fruit of the vines, the year, and everything else unknown and unseen that comes with those things. That said, the wines are not really “made” at all. As the winemaker, Kelley Fox has no end result in mind each year for the what the wines will be. What she is doing is responding to the essence of the fruit from each block, which she hopes is carrying the essence of the earth that bore it, along with the details of the year (the weather, the stars and the planets).

Veteran winemaker Rollin Soles has been producing distinctly defined Oregon wines and garnering high praise from critics and enthusiasts for more than 27 years. Recently named “one of the top 20 most admired winemakers in North America,” Soles focuses his attention on his passion project, ROCO Winery, which he started with his wife Corby in 2002. His wines display the expertise of making wine in Australia, California, Switzerland and Washington as a young man—before cofounding Argyle Winery in 1987. Dedicated to crafting world-class wines, ROCO Winery has distinguished itself as an outstanding producer of Oregon Pinot noir and Chardonnay, and soon to be released sparkling wine. ROCO’s Wits’ End Vineyard, located in the Chehalem Mountains, demonstrates Soles’ meticulous farming practices and his dedication to sustainability.
For nearly 50 years, before there was an Oregon wine industry, the Sokol Blosser family began growing grapes in the Dundee Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Situated on a certified organic 85-acre vineyard, and farming another 43 acres of vineyards in Dundee Hills and Eola-Amity Hills, B Corp-certified Sokol Blosser Winery consistently captures the terroir of the region as expressed through the brilliance of its estate fruit. One of the pioneering wineries of Oregon, Sokol Blosser is run by the Sokol Blosser family, who emphasize sustainability and good to the earth policies in every phase of the business.
After successful careers in the Oregon wine industry, in May of 2000, Laurent Montalieu and Danielle Andrus Montalieu purchased an 80-acre estate as their wedding gift to each other and registered with premium nurseries for six different clones of Pinot Noir vines as wedding gifts. They named the wedding vineyard, Domaine Danielle Laurent and they named their new label after their daughter, Soléna, which is the combination of the Spanish and French words Solana and Soleil, celebrating the sun and the moon. Soléna Estate began as a way to explore winemaking with other varietals grown in neighboring appellations while the family’s young Domaine Danielle Laurent vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA matured. In May of 2007, Danielle and Laurent added the spectacular 100-acre Hyland Vineyard in the McMinnville AVA to their estate vineyard holdings. Today, Laurent and Danielle are producing Pinot noir and Chardonnay from their estate vineyards and over the years they have produced Pinot gris, Merlot, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Late Harvest Riesling from select sites throughout Oregon and Washington. Come spend an afternoon with the Soléna family at our tasting room located just outside of Yamhill, Oregon, where we’ll raise a glass to celebrate friends, family, and life, and it won’t be long until we end up considering you ‘Nos Amis’ or ‘Our Friends’!

Physicist, farmer and winemaker, Don Hagge personally crafts VIDON wines from the Chehalem Mountains estate vineyard he has built with his wife, Vicki (hence the name Vi-Don). VIDON produces 7 wine varieties and is 100% Estate. Although the emphasis is on 5 clones of Pinot noir, small blocks of Chardonnay, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, Viognier, Tempranillo and Syrah are also planted. The winery and vineyard is certified LIVE and VIDON practices sustainable farming and minimal intervention in the winemaking process including indigenous fermentations.
The tasting room is in the winery and provides an intimate setting to experience VIDON wines while the patio on the crush deck offers a relaxing spot to get to know the winemakers and enjoy the dramatic views of the Willamette Valley and Mount Jefferson. The current tasting flight provides a compare-and-contrast that showcases the unique characteristics of the individual clones and underscores the differences between recent vintages at the estate.

Yamhill Valley Vineyards is the oldest winery in the McMinnville AVA. We grow, produce, and bottle all of our own grapes right here at the vineyard. Yamhill Valley Vineyards is located on a 150 acre estate in the rolling foothills of Oregon’s Coast Range Mountains. We are one hour southwest of Portland and 45 minutes from Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast. The heart of our winemaking is dedicated to Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Planted in 1983 by two families, Yamhill Valley Vineyards has been family owned and operated for 35 years. Since our first vintage in 1983 our wines have consistently won top honors in tastings and judgings across the nation. Our 1983 Pinot noir was the first place preference in the famous Burgundy Challenge in New York City. From our beginning we have been stubbornly dedicated to the pursuit of a character that is distinctively Oregon and distinctively Yamhill Valley. Our goal is to bring forth from this unusual and exciting property the finest possible expression of its intensity, charm and uniqueness.
