Winemaker Robert Brittan will share unique insights regarding Fairsing’s varied soils, micro-climates, selections, and the role each play in crafting and blending elegant wines.
Chef Rebecca Clarke will prepare a five-course dinner showcasing regional purveyors and seasonal produce to complement a select flight of our estate wines. $125 per guest / $105 Club.
