Janet Fletcher, a longtime food writer, is the publisher of Planet Cheese, a weekly newsletter, and the author of three books on cheese. She is also the cheese columnist for SOMM Journal and Specialty Food magazine, and teaches cheese appreciation classes around the country. Janet’s journalism for the San Francisco Chronicle earned three James Beard Awards.
