Appetizers in the Hazelnut Orchard 2014 Tyee Estate Pinot Gris with Salmon rillette, Chicken liver pate and Ceci puree with baguette
Be seated with 2014 Tyee Estate Chardonnay with Hazelnut crusted goat cheese with baby carrots, chioggia beets and spring salad
Enjoy 2013 Tyee Estate Pinot Noir with Duck en croute with a basil and baby spinach cappuccino.
