Wine 102: The importance of oxygen in winemaking and aging
Presented by Elizabeth Clark
Did you ever wonder why you needed to let wine “breathe”? Oxygen can play an important role in winemaking and aging. In this class, we will taste and learn about the styles of oxidative winemaking, why aging wine can change the flavors and all the gadgets that can be used to introduce more air into wine. It’s a class that you (de)can’t miss!
