Before the Thanksgiving holiday, join us to taste Remy’s second iteration of her 10-year barrel age dessert wine, Beneficio. In 2006 Remy started a ten-year barrel aging project. Most every year she has made two barrels of Beneficio, one to age for three years and the other for ten. Made with Washington Barbera and Clear Creek Grappa, an exceptionally balanced dessert wine. It boasts cassis, warm gingerbread and tawny cherries.
