There’s just something magic about soup. It warms the body, comforts the spirit, and sates the deepest corners of our hunger. In this hands-on cooking class, you will create broths, dashi, and purées that will improve every soup you make by learning some long-sequestered kitchen secrets. We will show you the building blocks and techniques that will refine the skills of even the most under-seasoned professional and provide wine pairings that entice along the way. $75/ person, from 1-4pm in the REX HILL Kitchen. Seats are very limited. Reservations required.
