Farm to Table, Farm to Glass: An Evening with Gabriel Rucker & Hyland Estates


Hyland Estates will be hosting a special dinner at the newly unveiled Blockhouse in the Pearl District. The event is an homage to Hyland Vineyard, one of the oldest, most storied vineyards in Oregon. Joining us is Portland’s own, nationally award-winning chef Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon and Little Bird fame. Chef Rucker will be specially curating a 5-course dinner to pair with some of the best wines off Hyland vineyard from the best decade.
