Do you enjoy oysters and wine? Join our Executive Chef Norma Buchholz for an evening of cooking instruction and wine pairing. During this hands-on class, you will learn how to shuck oysters, prepare them in the half-shell, and Rockefeller style. Here’s what is included with the registration fee:

  • A glass of exclusive white and red wine
  • A unique, hands-on cooking instruction from the Brooks Executive Chef
  •  A side of Pesto Pasta to accompany the main dish
  •  A take-home gift and detailed recipe card of the dish you will be making that evening

Library Offerings - Library (older-vintage) wines available for taste and/or purchase
Food Pairings - Food pairings by in-house chefs, food trucks, etc.
New Releases - The winery will be debuting a new release wine.
Special Projects - The winery will be showcasing seasonal Nouveau-style wines, side projects or something else that's not in their usual lineup.
Family-Friendly - The winery has a designated activity or play area for kids and a nonalcoholic beverage option.
Live Entertainment - The event will include a live band or singer/entertainer.
