Come out to Hyland Estates on Saturday, May 5th for our Cinco de Mayo & Wine Release Party. We’ll have Chef Paul on hand from NW Alchemy cooking up some mole street tacos, vegetarian tostados and more. We’ll also have talented guitarist, John Harr doing what he does best.
On the wine side of things, we’ll be be releasing our 2016 Hyland Old-Vine Riesling and our 2016 Dijon 115 Pinot Noir. The Riesling is some of the oldest in the Willamette Valley with the majority of the plantings taking place in 1972-73. Our Dijon 115 Pinot Noir is the biggest of all the Hyland single clones. Combine the two of them with live music and mexican food and you have a recipe for a pretty good party! Hope to see you all there.
