Join Mimi Casteel, Ben Casteel, Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman for an evening of Oregon Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from two historic vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills. Bethel Heights Vineyard, founded in 1977, and Seven Springs Vineyard, first planted in 1983, have a special history together that now dates over 30 years. We believe our wines speak of a particular place and demonstrate the beauty and tradition of this beloved region.
We invite you to experience our wines in the place where they were grown, at this special dinner overlooking the surrounding Eola-Amity Hills. Chef David Varley from San Francisco’s Mina Group, will thoughtfully design five courses to pair with wines reaching back over the past decade. We look forward to this epic evening together.
Please let us know if anyone in your party has special dietary needs. We will do our very best to accommodate.
