Beer + Wine Pairing Brunch at Dobbes - Bounty of Yamhill County

He likes beer? She likes wine? Here’s an event both can enjoy! Explore fresh and vibrant Latin American flavors with Dobbes wines and Xicha beer as you enjoy a four-course brunch in the Hideaway at Dobbes. Winemaker Andy McVay will lead the conversation as you discover the ins and outs of pairing food with wines from Dobbes and Zach Farrington of Xicha Brewery will guide you through the beer profiles and best beer pairing practices. Our goal is to support and honor Latin American traditions and seeking out opportunities where those traditions creatively collide with new ideas — like a Dobbes Barrel Aged Beer!
