Join Fairsing Vineyard for a five-course dining experience showcasing Summer’s Bounty Thursday, August 23 at 6:30 pm.
Prepared by Chef Rebecca Clarke, this intimate dining experience is paired with Fairsing Vineyard estate-grown wines. The August seating of the Full Circle Dinner Series features locally sourced ingredients highlighting fresh summer favorites from the garden.
