Taste of Community
willamette valley wine tasting loops
We invite you to explore the Willamette Valley with a taste of community! Travel one of the easy-to-navigate loops below to find exquisite wines and good neighbors. Our wineries are strongly tied to the communities in which we grow grapes and make wine. Join us in experiencing the collaboration that sets Oregon apart.
Loop 1 – Connecting community & Culture
Tour the Chehalem Mountains & Ribbon Ridge AVAs during January for a taste of geologic complexity and neighborly cheer. The five participating wineries in this loop are making donations this month to the Chehalem Cultural Center, celebrating the arts, community, education, and heritage in the heart of downtown Newberg.
loop 2 – A WINE COUNTRY WELCOME
Visit these neighborly wineries in Newberg and Dundee who embrace the warm welcome of newcomers to the Willamette Valley community. Participants in this loop support the Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization, empowering children, youth, families and elders from around the world to build new lives and become self-sufficient in our Oregon communities.
Loop 3 – PEACE & Mindfulness & PINot
Have you ever done yoga in a vineyard? There's an amazing connection between our vineyards and our souls. The wineries participating in this loop are neighbors who care about peace and mindfulness, and support teaching it to our kids. Donations this month will go to Peace in Schools, because mindfulness education transforms lives.
