Winemaker Dinner with ROCO Winery

Rollin and Corby Soles invite you to join them for an intimate dinner at ROCO Winery.  Local Chef Scott Neuman of ¡Oba! Restaurante in Portland, will bring his talents to ROCO and prepare an exciting meal paired carefully with ROCO wines.

“I’ve always loved playing with my food” says Scott, and that he does exquisitely. ¡Oba! opened its doors in 1997 and continues to thrive in Portland’s uber competitive restaurant scene. 2015 Oregon Chardonnay Symposium – Attack of the Clones

The fourth annual Oregon Chardonnay Symposium will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Stoller Family Estate. This year’s Technical Session, led by Rajat Parr, will focus on the subject of clones, including heritage and Dijon, and their contribution to Oregon Chardonnay. The Grand Tasting will once again be one of the largest tastings of the region’s chardonnays, spanning the winemaking spectrum from one end to the other.
