Rollin and Corby Soles invite you to join them for an exciting dinner at ROCO Winery. Chef Rich Meyer, of Trifecta Tavern, will bring his talents to the winery and prepare a special meal paired with ROCO wines. Trifecta Tavern, a hybrid bakery/tavern/restaurant owned by Ken Forkish, was one of Portland’s most anticipated openings in 2013.
When Ken tapped Chef Rich Meyer to join him on this project the story intensified. Chef Rich Meyer is a seasoned veteran of the Portland Restaurant scene and is best known for his work at Higgins for 18 years, 8 of them as Chef de Cuisine. Rich says he loves “shaping his creations to the ever changing climate of the Northwest.”
Ken Forkish’s cookbook “Flour Water Salt Yeast” won a James Beard Award.

Join us for one of our favorite parties of the year, our Fourth Annual Crawfish Boil and white wine release! Our white wines from the lauded 2014 vintage are ready to be revealed and what better way to show them off than by a good ol’ fashioned Crawfish Boil! Ethan Powell and Tobias Hogan, owners of EaT: An Oyster Bar and The Parish in Portland are coming out again to treat us to a lowcountry boil. They will be cooking up pots of all you can eat fresh crawfish and the usual accompaniments, a big ol’ batch of their homemade Jambalaya, and bringing an oyster bar with fresh Northwest bi-valves. Stephen Webber, our White Winemaker, will be on hand sharing his stunning 2014 new releases with you, too.
All you can eat crawfish, jambalaya, tokens for oysters and wine are included in the all inclusive price of $60 per person/$50 Wine Club. Please make reservations for this event on our website.
As the first happy blooms of Spring begin to inspire thoughts of bounteous gardens and long Summer days, the Farmers Market welcomes the great joys of the early season beginning to flourish. Mike will rise early and head to the PSU market in the morning to collect fresh produce and goods and bring them back to the winery to create timely, delicious, and easy wine pairings for you to enjoy at this tasting seminar and demonstration. Taste the fun for $45/ person, from 1-2:30pm in the REX HILL Tasting Room Tunnels.
