Oregon Chardonnay Symposium

The third annual Oregon Chardonnay Symposium will look at the future of Oregon Chardonnay, while presenting one of the greatest tastings ever offered of our regions’ bottlings. This year’s event will focus on the future of Oregon Chardonnay with an expanded domestic and international perspective from both producers that have entered into the scene from other states and countries and brought with them a spirited perspective on the topic. Joined by some of Oregon’s pioneers and a selection of current generation Oregon producers, the panel will have a dynamic take on the past, present and future of Oregon Chardonnay. Heart of Willamette Wineries Barrel Tour

Join us for our 4th annual Barrel Tour!

You can sit back and relax on a guided bus to tour and taste great wines from the Heart of the Willamette Valley. Valentine’s Wine Loop

Cupid is visiting Oregon Wine Country for the third annual Valentine’s Wine Loop. Join Ardiri Winery, Alloro Vineyard, Cooper Mountain and Raptor Ridge for a weekend of special wine tastings and pairings.

If you visit all four between Friday, February 14 and Sunday, February 16, you will be entered to win a “Wine Lovers Basket”, including more than $200 in wine accessories and pairings. Special events will be held at each stop, including a one weekend only preview release of Ardiri's 2013 Rosé!

Sample Agenda:
Stop 1: Cooper Mountain – Sample a savory treat featuring Cooper Mountain’s 11 year old barrel aged ‘New World’ balsamic vinegar and delicious cheese pairing with our 'Vin Glace' dessert wine. $25 per couple, $15 per person (tasting fee includes 1 or 2 Cooper Mountain stemless wine glasses to take home).  Complimentary tasting for our wine club members. Hours: Friday-Sunday: 12-5 p.m.

Stop 2: Alloro Vineyard – Join Alloro for a Valentine wine and local artisan cheese tasting, featuring a sampling of 3 cheeses from Ancient Heritage Dairy, Willamette Valley Cheese Company and Goldin Artisan Goat Cheese. For this weekend only, Alloro will be pouring its limited production 2011 'Riservata' Pinot Noir, along with their 2012 Vino Nettare Dessert Wine and other current releases. $15/person. Complimentary for Cellar Club Members. Hours: Friday-Sunday: 11-5pm.

Stop 3: Raptor Ridge –  Join Raptor Ridge for a tasting of five Single Vineyard Pinot Noirs and Southern Oregon Tempranillo . These limited wines are exclusive to the winery only, so don’t miss your chance to taste. Raptor Ridge is also featuring handpicked cheese and charcuterie to pair with our premium wine selection. The tasting is $15/person, which is waived with a $50 purchase. Complimentary for Flight Club Members. Hours: Friday-Sunday: 11-4pm.

Stop 4: Ardiri Winery & Vineyards – Enjoy a special 6 tasting flight and specially prepared chocolates made by Smitten Truffles for $10. For this weekend only, Ardiri will be previewing its limited production 2013 Rosé, along with other current releases.  Complimentary for Wine Club Members. Hours: Friday 11-9pm; Saturday 11-7pm; Sunday 11-5pm.

To accompany our wines, Concert Rock violinist Aaron Meyer and guitarist Tim Ellis will be performing for your listening pleasure, and The Benson will be preparing a spectacular menu for your enjoyment.

Join the winemakers for the Oregon wine event of the year! Top Pinot Noir producers again come together to offer wine lovers and collectors the opportunity to acquire the best cuvées of the highly-anticipated 2012 vintage with exclusive Pinot Noirs only available at Friday's Big Board auction. Saturday's gala dinner presents more opportunities to bid on exciting auction lots including spectacular and unique wine, culinary and travel packages.

The mission that unites a “who’s who” in Oregon wine is ¡Salud!, a program to provide much-needed access to healthcare for Oregon’s seasonal vineyard workers and their families. Currently, ¡Salud! reaches approximately 40% of northern Willamette Valley vineyards and their workers with healthcare and health education programs, filling a need for services that is rarely met elsewhere.
