Cristom is pleased to welcome our first-ever Chefs in Residency for the 2018 Summer Season, featuring Prologue Kitchen of Salem, OR. The husband-and-wife team of Jonathan and Maura Jones are bringing their food truck to the Cristom estate each Saturday, offering staples like the Market Salad and Picnic-For-One, alongside a rotating selection of seasonal dishes, with ingredients purveyed from the Salem and McMinnville Farmer’s Markets.

The Cristom Tasting Room is open 11am – 5pm daily, and Prologue will be offering service from 11am until 4:30pm.

Most of these producers do not have tasting rooms – seize the opportunity to meet the winemakers and try their wines!
