We’ll host this event in our winery, across the street from the tasting room, and set up several different seafood stations. Our friends at Northwest Fresh Seafood will be shucking oysters and Pura Vida will feature Snapper Ceviche and Tostada de Atun, (Albacore tuna with allepo pepper, saffron aioli, and fava bean-avocado puree).
We’ll also pour our 2012 and 2013 Scott Paul La Paulée Pinot Noirs with a Smoked Salmon Mousse in the tasting room.
