Environmental Science of a winery is a complex topic. A winery’s impact on the environment can be large in regards to energy inputs, waste outputs, and farming methods employed. Our own Biodynamic Consultant Clay Wesson will guide us through the ways a winery can be successful at carefully balancing these factors into an efficient and environmentally friendly system. We will taste a line of up of Biodynamic wines made to show what can be achieved when keeping the future of the environment in mind.
