Come help us celebrate the end of harvest, with our special guest all the way from the Champagne region of France, Vincent Couche, a dynamic Champagne producer who is doing everything you’ve always heard can’t be done in Champagne. Meet Vincent and sample his wines and we’ll of course pour some of our Scott Paul Oregon Pinots. This event is part of a weekend-long celebration that includes our reservations-only Paulée Dinner, Saturday Nov 2 at Imperial Restaurant (owned by James Beard Award Winner, Chef Vitaly Paley).
