We'll start with Riesling and oysters from EaT in Portland.
Then on to pink wines! Joining Elk Cove will be our friends from Anne Amie, Adelsheim, Montinore, Ponzi and Willamette Valley Vineyards, paired with house-made sausages.
Next is the main course – the whole hog barbecued Southern-style here at Elk Cove, served with traditional Southern barbecue side dishes. We'll also be pouring big bottles of Pinot Noir – Roosevelt!
S'mores & banana puddin' by the bonfire round out our evening!
