Join us for a special opportunity to experience a Harvest dinner at Elk Cove Vineyards featuring winemaker Adam Campbell, Chef Michael Brine, from Queensland, Australia and Chef Chris Holen of Astoria's Baked Alaska. This is a dinner that is a part of a series of events entitled, Chef Outta Water Chef Exchange, providing Chefs from around the globe the chance to cook in another kitchen utitlizing ingredients that are regional, but a menu that is inspired from Down Under.
This four course meal will be paired with a current release Elk Cove wine selection and feature inspired Australian cuisine.
Dinner starts at 6pm, but for Elk Cove Club Members, we are featuring an pre-event at 5pm hosted by Adam discussing Harvest 2017, as he will be knee deep in grapes.
