Brooks Wine School: History

sss-jess

The History of wine on a global scale and how our region fits into the world of wine is a hot topic within the Oregon wine community. In this course, we will ask questions like: What does it mean to be a new world wine region? What are the changes we are seeing? and What are we doing now that will be considered historic in the future? To find the answers, we will taste examples of older wines and newer vintages side by side and discover the evolution in winemaking through Brooks’ history as a winery.
